Does Insurance Cover the VenaCure EVLT™ Procedure?

When performed for medical reasons, varicose vein treatment is covered by many insurance companies. In order for the VenaCure EVLT procedure to be medically necessary, patients must demonstrate symptomatic venous reflux disease. That is:

  1. Pain, swelling, leg cramps, ulcers, bleeding from varicosities
  2. Presence of reflux on ultrasound scan
